• What we are selling: We are not selling any products on this website. The website exists to provide registration forms and process vendor payments for the annual event known as Territory Days.  All actual registration is done through our mapping software program located here: https://admin.map-dynamics.com//application/map-editor/?Map_ID=6984  Registration is closed for the 2024 event and will open on January 1st, 2025 for the 2025 event.

 

• Purchase currency: We accept USD only for registration fees.

 

• Customer service contact information: Should you have any questions or need assistance, please click the “get in touch” link at the bottom of each page or email us at aponiproductions@gmail.com.

 

• Refund policy for jury fees: Jury fees are required during registration. The jury fees are 100% non-refundable.

• Refund policy for registration fees: After you are accepted as a vendor, you will be sent a payment link with your outstanding balance.  You will then be given 10 days to make full payment.  After payment is made, we do not offer refunds, so please let us know if you don’t want the booth space, so we can move on to the next waitlisted vendor.

 

• Delivery Policy: N/A, as we do not sell tangible goods

• Return Policy: N/A, as we do not sell tangible goods

• Cancellation Policy: In the case of an emergency making it impossible for you to attend the event, we may, at our discretion, offer you a one-time refund, provided we can re-rent the space you have registered for.

 

• Restrictions: Soliciting and/or handing out pamphlets, leaflets, flyers, or any other materials in areas other than your designated vendor space is strictly prohibited, unless agreed upon through a sponsorship package. Any person doing so will be required to leave, and any business associated with the activity will not be invited back. Printed materials distributed or made available at your designated vendor space must be related to the juried products or services offered.

 

• Privacy Policy: We collect information including names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses through this website for event registration use only.  We do not collect private information such as social security numbers, IP addresses, or passwords, and you are not required to enter those anywhere on this website. Credit Card payment information is not collected or retained on this website.  All payment information is processed through our mapping registration software and you can read their privacy policy here: https://www.map-dynamics.com/w3c/privacy.html  Then actual payments are processed via Stripe and you can read their privacy policy here: https://stripe.com/privacy

 

• Payment Methods: We comply with PCI standards for customer payment information.  The following payment types are accepted through Stripe: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
